It emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement enhancing the everyday activities of our lives. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a long, lean supple look to the body.

Mat Pilates - based on traditional Pilates exercises, you'll create long, lean muscles and the strong core you've always wanted.  We incorporate props such as a stability ball, small Pilates ball, resistance band and BOSU balance trainer to continue to challenge  your stability & strength.
