"Piloxing is different because you get a piece of everything in one class. I love going to Pilates class, but I often feel I need to get cardio work in and don't always have the time for both. In Piloxing, I get in cardio and a ton of core work. As I continue to go to more classes, I don't have to concentrate so much on each little move.
