"I love PILOXING! PILOXING is different than any class I have taken because it combines Pilates/ballet, dance, and boxing all into one class. You are engaged throughout the class with a mixture of all components. I never liked kickboxing, but the boxing component in PILOXING is not the entire focus of the class. You do a little bit of boxing then switch to dance or Pilates."
